Software License & Service Agreement

Cryptocurrency derivatives trading involves substantial risk including the total loss of principal. Marseille One Trader is an algorithmic execution tool and is not investment advice, a fiduciary service, or a managed account. All trading decisions, capital allocation, leverage, and risk parameters remain solely under the user’s control.

Compliance & Jurisdictional Restrictions: Use of Marseille One Trader is strictly prohibited in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or related digital asset activities are illegal or restricted. Users must ensure compliance with all local laws.

Past simulated or live performance does not guarantee future results. The engine may underperform, malfunction, or experience exchange-side disruptions outside our control.

• The license is granted to a single end-user and bound to a hardware fingerprint (HWID).
• You may not lease, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the binary or any derivative.
• Reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation, or extraction of internal logic is strictly prohibited.
• Use of the binary on shared, multi-tenant, or commercial signal-distribution platforms is prohibited.
• License keys discovered to be leaked or shared will be revoked without refund.

The user assumes full responsibility for the security of API credentials, exchange accounts, and resulting profit or loss. Marseille Quant Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or exchange downtime.

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the license has been issued or the service has been activated.
